The WaterLeaf is a 53 bed facility which offers a perfect balance in size and social atmosphere – Not so large that it becomes impersonal, causing Residents to feel lost; and yet, unlike a small, 6 bed board & care type facility, large enough to have many potential friends from which to choose and a stimulating social atmosphere filled with daily activities.

The MapleLeaf Unit is configured exclusively as semi-private rooms, providing a total of 26 beds. The main building is configured as primarily private rooms. Rooms 101 and 117 are semi-private exceptions. The main building provides a total of 27 beds.
